Something

I have to write a free topic, and i dont know what to do. I cant think anything because all the time i am singning in my mind a great song of a great band, but i dont want to talk about that.
Now i have to clean my room and my house because someone is comming to visit us, and i hate when that happen. I really like the disorder.
I am going to write about the books i like.
One of my favorite books is Altazor of Vicente Huidobro, there he is looking to play with the expressive limits of the language, breaking down the walls of what we know as reality, and creating a new world, where the poet is considered the little god. Anything can be true in his world.
I would like to put a part of his poem, but in spanish, because you can not translate the untranslatable, and I think the poems owe part of their essence to the language they were written.

I hope you like this, i dont have a lot of time so i cant write about other books, maybe the next time.

My Mp4

My favorite piece of technology is my MP4. I bought it two years ago (2010) because i was going to my study tour, and i wanted something to do in the long travel (2 days in a bus). For first time in my life i saved thirty thousand pesos, so i used to buy it.
After this travel, i started to used it everyday (less when the headphones break, like now). I can listen music where i want; in the car, in a park, while i walk, etc.
I like it because it was the first technology object that i bought by myself, without my parents. I also like the colour, something like fucsia. And of course, all the music.
I suposse that nothing will change if i didn`t have it. Maybe i wouldn`t spend time just watching the celling and listen music, and... that.

Here a picture!!

Me

I am Tamara and i have to write my biography for my english class. I was born in autumn, on march 30th,1994, in a province called Talagante, located on the periphery of the metropolitan region.
There I went to school in the area that had very few students, about four hundred. All my life I was in the same school, i never went to another.
This year (2012) i went to the University of Chile to study sociology. I really like it, but i dont understand much of the classes. I don`t live near the university, for this reason I was under the obligation to move out of home. Now i live in Santiago with my sister.
I don`t have specific hobbies, but in my free time i`m reading or listening to music.
I'm the most paranoid person in the whole world, this is why I won't write anything else, because I fear a possible NASA conspiration or something like that.

Goodbye :)

Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys are an indie rock band of  Sheffield (England). The band are compose by the singer Alex Turner, the guitarist Jamie Cook, the drummer Matt Helders, and the bassist Nick O`Malley.
I listened them for first time two years ago in the radio (Sonar FM) with the song "I bet you look good on the dancefloor" and i loved the song, so i started to listen more of their music. I like them because i think that the lyrics of their song are really poetic and have a lot a rhetorical figures. Also, honestly i have a preference for all the music that is classified like "indie", so the band call my attention. My favourite song is "Fluorescent Adolescent" for three reasons, first, the song has an amazing rhythm, all the final lines rhyme, producing a words game, and because the lyric
that  talk abut getting older in a funnily way.

Finally here i let an a my favorite video of the band.
